Our Mission
To provide a safe space where men find guidance, support, and healing to grow and overcome challenges

Our History
The Men’s Huddle began as The Huddle Men’s Ministry on November 14, 2015, inside Piedmont Regional Jail through Behind the Walls Ministry, under the leadership of Antonio Scales. What started as a movement behind bars soon extended into the community, offering men a place for growth, healing, and brotherhood.
In 2016, the first session outside the prison took place at New Kingdom Christian Ministries with just five men in attendance. As the ministry grew beyond the church walls, it found a new home at 101 Cowardin Avenue in Richmond, VA, eventually reaching over 500 men across Central Virginia, including Emporia.
In 2024, after eight transformative years, The Huddle Men’s Ministry became The Men’s Huddle, evolving into a nonprofit with a new generation of leadership, led by Justice Peebles. Today, The Men’s Huddle is committed to expanding its impact, creating safe spaces for men to heal, grow, and connect—building a legacy that transforms lives for generations to come.

Our Vision
The Men’s Huddle envisions a world where every man has a space to unlock his full potential and become his best self. Through a strong, compassionate community, we empower men to positively impact their families and communities.
We strive to build a global movement—establishing hubs in every city—where men can find guidance, support, and healing. These safe spaces will prioritize mental health, personal growth, and brotherhood, fostering a culture of empowerment and transformation that extends far beyond the individual.
